NON-STOP SHOPPING PERIOD

Hubby had been asking me for plans over the long holiday.  Besides getting the Saturday occupied with visiting and FIL's birthday dinner, I didn't plan much for Friday and Sunday, till his friends confirmed a steamboat + BBQ buffet dinner at Kepong.

Hmm...  I still have RM15 Isetan cash vouchers with me.  Where to go, Gardens / Lot 10 / 1 Utama?  In the end, I chose Gardens, nearer to Kepong for the dinner.

We didn't have anything particular to buy actually, just to shop around to spend the cash vouchers.  We reached Gardens at around 12pm and headed for brunch at Esquire Kitchen, Mid Valley.  Although the service standard was better than the one in Sg. Wang, the food quality was sucks!  I will never repeat visit to that restaurant!

After the 'not-so-delicious' brunch, we headed to Isetan's baby department to start our scouting journey  :)  We found a gift set for newborn (0-3 months) - 2 pieces of rompers and a bib in white and pink.  The combination was just nice and yes, we bought that for 囡囡 at an additional cash of RM17.  Yay, mission accomplished - spending more that what we have!!!  Hahaha...

We thought of having Baskin Robbins but a pint was a bit too much for both of us.  So we decided to change our mind to Starbucks.  I have Caffe Latte while hubby had Java Chip Frap.  I never know that this is his first time having Java Chip Frap.  I didn't ask for cream on top, he was kinda disappointed but for the sake of his spare tire, I had to be cruel this time...  Hahaha...

*Wink*  I wanted to go to mothercare.  I didn't manage to visit the store the last time I went to Mid Valley, it was closed for Raya.  Hmm...  Not bad, we got 囡囡 a pack of bodysuit for her day time.  We were looking for 3-6 months but no stock available.  We peeked on the actual size of 6-9 months and to our surprise the size is not too large for a newborn (although the product description says the size fits baby up to 9 kgs, we wonder how, we wonder why...  How possible would that be???  It's toooooo small-lah...  Hahaha...).

It was time to go Kepong but before that, hehe...  we went to a baby store in Jinjang, just for a walk, just for window shopping...  But in the end, hubby bought 囡囡 a dimple pillow.  I like the dimple pillow too but I didn't expect that hubby would buy it once he saw it.  His normal practice (SOP) - put in his shopping list first, scout for better, if this is the best, then only he will buy.  Hubby said, 'Consider a gift from me to 囡囡'.  Ooh...  so sweet~~~

I guessed 囡囡 liked it too.  When I unwrapped the packaging and told her that this is a special gift from daddy, she gave me response, squirming like nobody business.  I'm glad that love among the three of us is so much...
