GGC'S LATEST OBSESSION - PART III
GGC knows who Baby Bop is. And through this 3 year old Baby Bop, GGC learns the full action of the Itsy Bitsy Spider. It is always depending on her mood, when she wants to do it.
GGC's brain is like her unlimited SD Card. She keeps everything in her SD Card and I am waiting for the time she opens her files. It must be fun for all of us (despite all the 'gik sei yan' tricks). Lolz~~~
GGC'S LATEST OBSESSION - PART II
This song is too great! It teaches GGC where are her knees and hips and shoulders. She tries clapping her hands faster as she catches up the rhythm of the song, it may be a little to fast for her. Her clapping does not jive though, she enjoys the song so much as in clapping her hands together with the crowd in the show.
Our home is only hubby, GGC and myself. Definitely we cannot give her such a fun environment to sing and dance. But I will try to sing and dance with her every time Barney is on the show. I do not mind to look silly in front of my girl. Lolz~~~
GGC'S LATEST OBSESSION - PART I
GGC has been so obsessed with this purple dinosaur lately. But I know she is actually watching the kids than Barney. She has not got the right pronunciation of 'Barney' yet, she will pronounce 'Ney' and 'Ney Ney Ney' all the way until I switch on the show for her. The moment she hears the Barney's song, she will go mad a little by dancing and clapping her hands, excitedly!
Growing Song is one of her favourite songs and the only action she knows is, putting her palms on her cheek when the lyrics go, 'We're growing when we're sleeping...' She is a fast learner :)
Although I do not fancy Barney, I will watch it with her, whenever she wants to :)

I HAVE A SWEEEEET TOOTH TODAY
I wake up a little bit later than usual and realise it is a public holiday today! Yay, no more Monday blues! And I decide to go back to sleep for another hour or so :)
It seems like happiness fills the home sweet home, everyone wakes up in a happy mood, especially hubby and GGC. One dances and one sings. Guess who does which! Lol~~~
To boost up my energy for today's play, I make myself a sweeter than usual coffee to start my day. I am awake!
Going out for hubby's belated birthday brunch @ Pavilion. Yay, another makan day!
Now waiting for school mates to come over for swimming!

RAYA LONG HOLIDAY
It has been quite some time since I last enjoyed such a long holiday. I guess the only thing to be happy of being a FTWM (or being a working mad cow in the corporate world, to be precise) is a long holiday for free!!!
4 days off in a row, what are lining up in the plan? Well, nothing much actually... besides a little celebration for my big baby boy's 33rd birthday! We have not claimed for candlelit dinner, movie date, shopping date, tea time since we have our small baby girl. Yeah, for as long as 2 years now...
The first thing that comes in my mind is - what's for my girl for breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner? I have to ask myself the same old cracking head questions on every Friday or the eve of holiday. Hahahahaha... Preparing food for a kiddo is just too not me :)
Let's gao dim our Saturday first before we head for more exciting days after. Hmm...
Breakfast: Cheese stick that I bought from cake sense, KLCC this afternoon + milk
Lunch: Hub suggests broth from anchovies, baby carrots, tomato and onion for soupy baby pasta. I am gonna add in some cubed potato, maybe stir fry the cubed potato a little bit.
Tea: Milk and cheerios
Dinner: Broth from lunch to cook porridge, served with fried egg and green beans (kacang buncis/鬼豆).
Done deal! Planning for Sunday and I am sure the menu will be more appetizing since we will be going to the wet market in the morning. Yay!
Goodbye Friday and we are welcoming a beautiful Saturday in 25 minutes :)
The little baby is sleeping soundly now though she had been crying to sleep. Her crying to sleep behaviour has been happening for 2 nights consecutively. Hope that she is well, hope that she is just being cranky and not tummy flu or whatever. Pray...
Good night folks!

SCONE ALIKE PANCAKE WITH KIWI YOGURT DIP

| Scone alike Pancake :) |

| Kiwi Yogurt Dip |
100g self raising flour
100ml full cream milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1 tbs caster sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
Methods:
1. Mix self raising flour, baking powder and salt (A).
2. Lightly beat egg in full cream milk with caster sugar.
3. Add the beaten egg mixture to (A). Lightly whisk till smooth.
4. Fridge the mixture for 30 minutes.
5. Heat frying pan. Grease the frying pan with olive oil with a brush.
6. Coat pancake mould with olive oil with a brush and place the mould on the frying pan.
7. Put in batter into the mould. Remove mould when bubbles are seen on the surface of the pancake.
Tips:
1. The pancake here is rather thick and scone alike as my plan is to serve the pancake in yogurt dip. How to ensure the pancake is cooked since it is so thick? The method is exactly
the same as u test a cake in the oven. Poke in a toothpick and it is cooked if the toothpick is clean when you pull it out.
2. How to avoid burnt surface on uncooked pancake? Low heat all the way.
3. How to successfully detach the pancake from the mould? Grease the pancake mould with olive oil before putting in batter.
Ingredients for Kiwi Yogurt Dip (Serve: 1)
1/4 Kiwi
2 tbsp natural yogurt
Methods:
1. Cut kiwi into cube.
2. Mix in natural yogurt.
